Vendor applications are now open for the Merchant’s Quarter at Wyrd Realms Festival. This form collects all information needed to assess your application. Submitting this form does not guarantee a place. Accepted vendors will be contacted with confirmation and invoicing.

Stall Fees (Weekend | GST included)

  • Table Space (approx 2m wide) — $280

  • Standard Stall (3m × 3m) — $420

  • Double Stall (6m × 3m) — $750

Optional Add‑Ons

  • Power (10amp / 1–2 outlets) — +$60

  • Additional power / extra outlet — +$80

  • Table hire — +$25

  • Marquee hire (outdoor stalls only) — +$30
