Vendor applications are now open for the Merchant’s Quarter at Wyrd Realms Festival. This form collects all information needed to assess your application. Submitting this form does not guarantee a place. Accepted vendors will be contacted with confirmation and invoicing.

Stall Fees

Weekend | GST included

Table Space (approx. 2 m wide) — $280

Standard Stall (3m × 3 m) — $420

Double Stall (6m × 3 m) — $750

Food Vendor Fees

Weekend | GST included

Snack or Dessert Stall/Van — $275

Coffee or Cold-Drink Van — $300

Main Meal Food Van — $375

Extra-Large Food Van or Extended Frontage — $450

Optional Add-Ons

Power (10 amp / 1–2 outlets) — +$60

Additional Power / Extra Outlet — +$80

Table Hire — +$25

Marquee Hire (outdoor stalls only) — +$30

Food vendors requiring 15 amp, three-phase power or other specialised electrical connections must advise us when applying. Additional charges may apply.
