This policy applies to tickets and add-ons purchased for Wyrd Realms Festival (including any separately ticketed experiences, if applicable). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. ACCC+1
1) If we cancel the event
If Wyrd Realms Festival is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund (including any applicable booking fees charged by us). ACCC
2) If we make a major change
If we make a major change to the event (for example, a significant change to the date or moving the event to a different city), you may be entitled to a refund. ACCC
3) If the event is postponed/rescheduled
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you can’t attend the new date, you can request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.
4) Change of mind / personal circumstances
Unless required by law, we’re not required to provide refunds for change of mind. ACCC+1

Refund requests due to personal circumstances may be considered up to 14days before the event, at our discretion, and may incur an admin fee.
5) Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us with the new attendee’s full name and email at least 48 hours before the event.
6) How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. ACCC
Refunds are processed via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). If you purchased through Wix Events, refunds are handled through the payment provider used for the order.
7) Timeframes
Approved refunds are typically processed within [10 business days]. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.
8) How to request a refund or transfer
